VEVOR continuous-band heat sealer for bags

A continuous heat sealer is relevant to packing operations that need more throughput than a handheld impulse bar. Conveyor-style sealing and temperature adjustment help repeat a consistent closure on compatible packaging film.

How this version works

VEVOR lists this as a 400 W powered band sealer with an adjustable 8-12 mm sealing strip and a conveyor rated at 9 m/min. Its published suitable film thickness is approximately 0.06-0.20 mm, with heat settings from 50 to 250°C. The machine includes a PTFE-coated conveyor component and controls for repeated sealing passes.

Choosing it for the right job

It is intended for compatible heat-sealable bags, not for creating a vacuum or closing every possible laminate. Product testing is important: too much heat can weaken the film, while too little can leave a seal that opens in transit. Confirm bag thickness, plastic type and the 0.32-0.47-inch seal band before committing to a packaging workflow.

Setup and ongoing use

Set up repeatable samples from the actual bag stock, check adhesion after cooling and keep the hot path free of hands, residue and folded packaging. Test a small batch for seal strength and set temperature and speed together, not independently.
