VEVOR Electric Milk Cream Separator, 60L/H Output 10500RPM Milk Cream Centrifugal Separator, 304 Stainless Steel Goat Cow Milk Skimmer Separating Machine with 4.5L Bowl Capacity (40W, 100-240V)

VEVOR electric cream separator for milk

This centrifugal separator is intended to separate cream from cow or goat milk in modest dairy-processing batches. Its 4.5-liter feed bowl and rated 60 liters per hour help estimate whether it can keep up with a small operation.

How this version works

According to its listing, this separator pairs a 40 W motor with a 4.5 L supply bowl and a rated throughput of 60 L per hour. The centrifuge is specified at 10,500 rpm, with stainless-steel milk-contact parts and an ABS body. These values describe processing capacity, not the volume of cream obtained from a given batch.

Choosing it for the right job

It is aimed at someone who regularly processes milk rather than occasionally skimming a cup by hand. Compare the incoming milk quantity, preparation temperature and desired separation result before relying on the hourly figure. Confirm food-contact cleaning requirements, available power and how the milk must be prepared for separation.

Setup and ongoing use

Arrange separate containers for cream and skimmed milk and plan for the full dismantling and washing of wetted parts; sanitation is a significant part of the job. Disassemble and sanitize all milk-contact parts after each run and follow applicable food-handling rules.
