VEVOR Truck Ladder Rack 1500LBS Capacity Universal Over-Cab Trucks Bed Rack, 51.2"-75" Adjustable for Kayak Surfboard Lumber, Non-Drilling Installation, Heavy Duty Steel Support for Long Heavy Cargo

This VEVOR adjustable truck ladder rack is designed for transporting long items above a pickup truck bed. Kayaks, lumber or ladders need load distribution and secure restraints rather than relying on the rack rating alone.

What this particular model offers

• The over-cab truck rack is rated to carry up to 1,500 lb when correctly installed.
• Its frame adjusts across a truck-bed width of approximately 51.2-75 inches.
• Clamping J-hooks provide a no-drill mounting approach on compatible beds.
• A removable rear crosspiece helps accommodate certain larger loads.

What the details mean in practice

The frame creates overhead transport space for long items such as ladders, lumber or suitable water-sport equipment while leaving much of the bed accessible. Adjustable dimensions do not make every truck compatible.

Is it the right choice for your project?

Before viewing the capacity figure as a reason to buy, make a list of the loads you will carry and their actual lengths. Check how those loads overhang the vehicle, where straps attach and whether the rack interferes with the cab or rear access. A compatible bed-rail design is essential for the clamp system.

Check fit and suitability before ordering

Check truck-bed dimensions, mounting points, total vehicle load limits and suitable tie-down equipment. Verify bed-rail design, cab clearance, overall load distribution and the supplier's exclusions for toolboxes and step-side bodies.
