VEVOR Weight Vest Plates, 19.75 LB Pairs, Premium Steel Weighted plates, Contoured Ergonomic Fit – WODs, Additional Weight for Weight Vests, for Strength Training, Running, Fitness, Heavy Workouts

These contoured steel weight-vest plates are for adding resistance to workouts that already use a compatible plate-carrier vest. They are intended for people building progressive training sessions rather than buying an entire wearable vest.

How this model helps

A pair of rigid plates lets an athlete increase load for walking, bodyweight movements and conditioning drills. VEVOR highlights a curved shape intended to sit more comfortably against the torso than a flat metal sheet. The finish and shape also matter when moving frequently or changing direction.

Relevant details from the VEVOR listing

• Pair of contoured steel vest plates.
• 19.75-lb figure advertised; unit basis must be checked.
• For compatible weighted exercise vests, not a complete vest.

When to choose this version

Weighted plates allow a compatible vest to change resistance without replacing the carrier. They are less useful if the vest's pocket dimensions differ or the wearer is not yet comfortable with unweighted movement. For running or high-impact drills, secure fit and controlled load progression are as important as the nominal plate mass.

Checks before buying

Verify whether the advertised 19.75-lb figure applies to the pair or each plate before planning workout loads. Check your vest's plate-pocket dimensions, closure strength and permitted loading; the plates will not fit every carrier. Increase resistance gradually and preserve proper movement mechanics.
